Are there any upfront costs to join Nuna?

No, it’s completely free to join Nuna. We do not require a credit card either. We do not ask for any payment information until you decide to grow your clients with Nuna or choose to use our premium features.

Does Nuna support both online and face-to-face therapy? Can my clients visit me in the clinic?

Absolutely. If your practice involves both online and face-to-face, Nuna will support both these channels. You can add your clinic address and we will ensure clients from your city are able to book a clinic visit directly through our platform.

What is the difference between my clients and Nuna clients?

When you invite your existing clients to Nuna, you can continue to use Nuna for free without commission. You can add them to your chat, edit their medical history, schedule appointments and use our dashboard to track key metrics, all for free. When your clients pay on Nuna, a 2.99% payment processing fee will be applied.

When you go public on our directory, we add you to our marketplace for free with no upfront costs. Nuna will start sending you new clients through our discovery engine. We charge a 10% commission on each purchase and a 2.99% payment processing fee additionally.

What pricing do I charge for my clients?

At Nuna, we have an expert-first approach. This means you have complete flexibility to price as you would do in your own clinical practice. We’re happy to recommend you fair pricing points, but we do only when requested.

Furthermore, you can set what your first session pricing would be and you can change this anytime you like.

Can I sell packages on Nuna?

Yes, it’s a very popular and convenient way to retain users over a longer period of time. You can set the price for three different packages and change them anytime you’d like. Nuna’s clients can purchase a package and we process the payment on your behalf. Experts who have a subscription package usually get 60% more new appointments through Nuna.

Is Nuna secure?

100%. Our team is obsessed with the privacy and security of both you and your clients. Our secure chat is built in-house and we do not use third party tools.

What is the cancelation policy for users?

We allow clients to reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the time of the appointment. However, if you wish to allow the client to reschedule, you are able to do so.

Who schedules the sessions? The client or me?

Either. We’re completely flexible. Both you and the client can schedule sessions and reschedule them. The only difference is that clients will not be allowed to reschedule if the 24 hour window has passed.

Can I see my Nuna schedule on Google calendar?

Yes! Once you set up your schedule on Nuna, you can easily add them to Google calendar. It’s a one time activity and all your future events with the link to the videocall and client details will be added to your Google calendar.

Is there a minimum schedule I need to offer?

No. If you only have 1 hour per week of your practice, you can still use Nuna.

Is Nuna available in my country?

If you use Nuna in either English or Spanish, you can be from any part of the world to use Nuna! Depending on the country, we may ask you for proof of practice like your licensing number, references etc.

How will I receive my payments?

We set up automatic payouts (2-4 business days) if you are from the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

LATAM: We’re currently operational in Argentina, Peru and Mexico

We payout monthly once through a wire transfer. We are exploring better and faster alternatives for your region!

Some of my old clients have moved to a new country. Can they connect with me on Nuna?

Absolutely! Your clients can use Nuna in their current timezone and pay in their currency (For eg EUR). You will always see calendar events in your local timezone and receive money in your local currency (For eg USD)

Would Nuna work on my mobile?

Yes, all our features including chat and video work on mobile. We will also build an exclusive mobile app in the future, but at this point, Nuna can only be accessed with a mobile web browser
