No, it’s completely free to join Nuna. We do not require a credit card either. We do not ask for any payment information until you decide to grow your clients with Nuna or choose to use our premium features.
Absolutely. If your practice involves both online and face-to-face, Nuna will support both these channels. You can add your clinic address and we will ensure clients from your city are able to book a clinic visit directly through our platform.
When you invite your existing clients to Nuna, you can continue to use Nuna for free. You can add them to your chat, edit their medical history, schedule appointments and use our dashboard to track key metrics, all for free. If you invite your own users, you manage how they pay you. You can either request your users to do a bank transfer, or pay in cash in cases of face-to-face clinic visits.
When you go public on our directory, we add yourself to our marketplace for free with no upfront costs. Nuna will start sending you new clients through our discovery engine. The first 5 appointments are free of charge and from there on, you pay a small fee of 4% on the overall purchase of the client.
At Nuna, we have an expert-first approach. This means you have complete flexibility to price as you would do in your own clinical practice. We’re happy to recommend you fair pricing points, but we do only when requested.

We allow clients to reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the time of the appointment. However, if you wish to allow the client to reschedule, you are able to do so.
Either. We’re completely flexible. Both you and the client can schedule sessions and reschedule them. The only difference is that clients will not be allowed to reschedule if the 24 hour window has passed.
Yes! Once you set up your schedule on Nuna, you can easily add them to Google calendar. It’s a one time activity and all your future events with the link to the videocall and client details will be added to your Google calendar.
No. If you only have 1 hour per week of your practice, you can still use Nuna.
If you use Nuna in either English or Spanish, you can be from any part of the world to use Nuna! Depending on the country, we may ask you for proof of practice like your licensing number, references etc.
