How do I invite my own clients for free?

You will find the option “Add client” on top of the page. Simply enter your client’s email and the preferred language of your client so we send the invitation in the correct language. Remember that once the client joins, you can easily schedule sessions using the calendar for free. Using Nuna for your existing clients will be free. This includes chat, video, exchanging files and other features.

Where can I see my clients’ chats?

On the top right part of your page, click on "Chat" and you can access your clients' chats

How do I start a video chat?

Go to "Chat" and open the patient's chat window. Click on the video icon on the top right corner. We always ask the clients to wait until the therapists initiate the video call.

I want to add a auto-responder message

Go to Edit Profile → Status and slide the button to the right.

You can also change the message anytime you want. Everytime a user chats with you when you are away, they will receive this message. If you do therapy in two languages, please write this message in both languages

How can I add an introductory video?

Edit Profile → Profile and you can find the video option

We highly recommend all our experts to upload a video as it's one of the most asked features by the patients.

How do I get paid?

At the end of the first free session, please advise your users to pay directly to your bank or Bizum or Paypal and share your instructions over the private, secure chat with the users

Nuna will add better payment integrations to support you soon. You will also be able to provide packages in the future that users can pay easily in advance. For example:

1 Session: 50 EUR
4 sessions: 175 EUR
8 sessions: 325 EUR

APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING

Where do I see my confirmed appointments?

Click on Schedule → My appointments → Agenda (On the calendar)

Who confirms the appointment?

Nuna team will confirm the final appointment based on your schedule. For eg, the client will see Monday 09:00 - 11:00 on the automatic chat flow, and Nuna team will ensure we book a more specific appointment like Monday, July 20th 2020 09:00 - 09:30

We send a confirmation email to you and the clients. We also send a reminder 4 hours before every appointment by email to and the clients

I am not able to create a new appointment for my client

You need a minimum of one client added to your chat to be able to create a new appointment

How do I change my weekly schedule?

Click on Schedule → My schedule and change them.

Please note that the format always needs to be right:

Single slot: 09:00 - 15:00 ✓
Multiple slots in the same day: 09:00 - 15:00, 16:00 - 17:00 ✓

Please don't enter the schedules like this:

09:00 - 03:00 ✖ (Use 15:00 instead of 3)
09:00 a 15:00 ✖ (Use - instead of a)
9 - 15 ✖ (Use 09:00 instead of 9)
09:00 - 15:00 & 16:00 - 17:00 ✖ (Use , instead of &)
